Start by drawing the information boundary.
An information boundary is more specific than a folder marked confidential. It describes the allowed collection, its owners, the people who can use it and the tasks it can support. In the Boundary Map concept, a policy library, an internal project archive and restricted customer material are treated as separate collections. Each has its own route for access, review and change. Mapping these distinctions before building an assistant makes it easier to identify whether a proposed feature needs more information, different permission or an entirely different workflow.

A data sandbox gives a project a bounded place to examine a question. The Trusted Room concept begins with a documented purpose and a selected set of material. The team then defines who can enter, which operations are allowed, how outputs are reviewed and how the environment is closed.
