AI Applications & SaaS
Turning AI potential into business value.
AI becomes a business capability when it fits the way work moves: from a question to evidence, from a brief to a creative asset, from a proposed action to a decision. BGX explores applications across creative content, enterprise workflows, decision support and software services. The named programmes on this page are development concepts.
A CONNECTED PERSPECTIVE
AI becomes a business capability when it fits the way work moves: from a question to evidence, from a brief to a creative asset, from a proposed action to a decision. BGX explores applications across creative content, enterprise workflows, decision support and software services. The named programmes on this page are development concepts.

01 / EXPLORE FURTHER
Make a complex value easy to see.
Creative AI starts with an editorial decision: what should someone understand, feel or remember? Through Mercury, the content direction connects audience research, visual development, image generation, editing and channel adaptation. A product story may move from a distinctive silhouette to a material study and then into a believable usage scene. A brand narrative may use a recurring visual language across a launch film, presentation and social campaign. The work is evaluated as a sequence with a purpose, with creative direction giving individual outputs consistency and meaning across every point of contact.

02 / EXPLORE FURTHER
Design the hand-off before the automation.
The Relay Desk concept follows an incoming business request through classification, evidence gathering, drafting and review. A procurement enquiry, for example, becomes a structured brief with requirements, known constraints and unanswered questions. The assistant can prepare material and suggest a next step, while an assigned person decides whether it is ready to move forward. Every task has a visible status: awaiting information, preparing, ready for review or returned for revision. This approach turns agent development into a workflow design exercise, where completion and responsibility matter as much as the quality of an individual answer.
- Capture the request and intended recipient
- Gather only relevant, permitted material
- Prepare a draft with open questions
- Record review, revision and the next owner

03 / EXPLORE FURTHER
Put the reasoning beside the recommendation.
The Signal Room concept gives an operations team a structured way to examine changing demand, service pressure or project progress. It brings the observation, its source and possible explanations into the same view. An unusual pattern can prompt a question, a comparison or a follow-up task. The system does not hide uncertainty behind a single confident score. Reviewers can see which data period is being used, what may be missing and which assumptions are driving an interpretation. The intended deliverable is a decision brief that supports human judgement and remains readable after the meeting ends.

04 / EXPLORE FURTHER
Give recurring work a dependable home.
A useful software service provides a consistent place for information, ownership and action. The Workbench concept connects familiar enterprise tasks through a shared queue, reusable brief templates and clear review states. AI can help organise an attachment or prepare a summary, while the surrounding service handles permissions, records and the route back to source material. Integration choices follow the workflow: which system owns the record, where the result belongs and who needs to see a change. That makes the application understandable to the team that will use it every day.

05 / EXPLORE FURTHER
Begin with one task worth improving.
Discovery captures the current task, its inputs, its exceptions and the person who accepts the result. A prototype then demonstrates the complete path with representative material, including what happens when information is incomplete. Evaluation compares the output with the agreed task definition: factual support, usefulness, readability and the effort required to review it. A bounded pilot can follow once ownership and operating conditions are clear. The resulting plan explains what is ready, what needs further work and what a larger deployment would depend on, giving sponsors a concrete basis for the next decision.
